ifhrms issues message

 Dear Sir/ Madam,

Our Technical team has observed huge number of Number Statement Reports being downloaded causing crystal report server running out of storage.

The performance of the entire application is being impacted by this. We are adding a temporary buffer storage in crystal report server and during this window, Number statement download option won't be accessible to end users for next two hours.

Regular weekend maintenance activity is scheduled tonight after 10:00 PM till 5 AM.

IFHRMS application will not be available for end users during this time window.

Request plan your IFHRMS activities accordingly.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

IFHRMS application shall be enabled for end users with the following access timings today (25.08.2022):

1.) No restriction for Finance & Budget users, All Treasuries & PAOs, DDOs of PAO(Sectt), PAO(HC), PAO(East), PAO(North), PAO(Madurai), SPAO (HC Bench) MDU, SPAO(New Delhi) and SPAO(Corp).

2.) Between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM - Access enabled for DDOs of Chennai, Vellore and Trichy regions.

3.) Between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Access enabled for DDOs of Coimbatore, Madurai and Tirunelveli regions.

4.) After 7:00 PM till early morning hours - Access enabled for all users.

Number statement download செய்வதில் இருந்த issues அனைத்தும் சரி செய்யப்பட்டு விட்டது தற்பொழுது download ஆகின்றது.

🏹HOA correction, Post type correction, G.O correction போன்றவற்றினை கருவூலத்திலும் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.

🏹Number statement download செய்யப்படும் பொழுது அதில் உள்ள 1.Abstract. 2. Employee detail Report. 3. Detailed report என அனைத்தும் PDF மற்றும் XL என  இரண்டு format லும் download ஆகும்.
