கருவூலத்துறையின் IFHRMS சர்வர் சரிவர இயங்காததால் ஏற்பட்ட மன உளச்சல் காலிப்பணியிடங்களால் கூடுதல் பணிப்பளு மேலும் இவ்வாண்டு நிதிநிலையை முடிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற மன அழுத்தத்தால் மரணம் நிகழ்ந்ததால் முழு பொறுப்பும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசும் வேளாண்மைத்துறைக்குமே உண்டு என்ற அடிப்படையில் தமிழ்நாடு முதல்வர் நிவாரணமாக 1கோடி ரூபாயும் நிபந்தனையற்ற முறையில் கருணை அடிப்படையில் குடும்பத்தில் ஒருவருக்குபணிநியமனமும் உடனே வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு அரசை கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

Wipro கவணத்திற்கு!!!

போகிற போக்கில் இதுவும் ஒரு பதிவு என்று கடக்காமல் சற்று கவணிக்கவும்.

அரசு அலுவலகங்களில் அனைத்து பட்டியல்கள் தயாரிக்கவும் அரசு அலுவலர்களின் பணி  விவரங்களை பதிவு செய்யவும் Integrated Financial and Human Resource Management system (IFHRMS) உருவாக்கப்பட்டது.

அலுவலக நேரத்தில் Server வேலை செய்ய வேண்டுமே ஒழிய server வேலை செய்யும் நேரம் கெட்ட நேரத்தில் பட்டியலை தயார் செய்வது சிரமம்.

அவ்வாறு நேரம் காலம் பார்க்காமல் எப்போது server கிடைக்கின்றதோ, அந்த நேரத்தில் நாங்கள் வேலை செய்வதை தாங்கள் சாதகமாக பயன்படுத்தி வருகின்றீர்கள்.

வேலை செய்யாமல் வசை வாங்கினால் நியாயம். ஆனால் வேலை செய்ய தயாராக இருந்தும் வேலை செய்ய இயலாமல் இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் வசை வாங்க என்ன தலையெழுத்தா??

கோப்புகளை அலுவலகம் தவிர்த்து வெளியே எடுத்து செல்ல முடியாது... கூடாது. அவ்வாறு இருக்க 6:00 பிப க்கு மேல் server வேலை செய்யும் என்று கூறுவது மிகவும் கண்டிக்கத்தக்கது.

தொழில்நுட்ப கோளாறு, தவறு நடப்பது மனித இயல்பு என்பது எல்லாம் எங்களுக்கும் புரிகின்றது. ஆனால் எங்கள் நிலைமையை Wipro புரிந்து கொண்டதாக தெரியவில்லை.

முழுமையாக செயல்பாட்டிற்கு வந்து ஒன்றரை ஆண்டுகள் ஆகப்போகும் நிலையில், ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் சிறு சிறு மாற்றங்களுக்கும் நாட்கணக்கில் காத்திருப்பது வெட்கக்கேடு.

இதை குறையாகவோ அல்லது கண்டனமாகவோ எண்ணாமல், ஆக்கபூர்வமான வழிக்கு சிந்தித்து இனி வரும் காலங்களில் IFHRMS ல் சிரமம் இல்லாமல் வேலை செய்ய வழிவகை செய்யுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறையில் 2021-2022 ஆம் கல்வி ஆண்டு ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான பொதுமாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வின் மூலம் பணி நிரவல் மூலம் ஆசிரியருடன் உபரி எனக் கண்டறியப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள் கூடுதல் தேவையுள்ள இதர பள்ளிகளுக்கு  பணியிடத்துடன் நிரவல் செய்யப்பட்டு பணிபுரிந்து வருபவர்களுக்கு IFHRMS-ல் உரிய பள்ளிகளுக்கு பணியிடத்தினை (Post) மாறுதல் செய்ய இயலவில்லை இதனால் இவர்களுக்கு இம்மாத (மார்ச் 2022) ஊதியம் பெற்று வழங்குவதில் பெறும் சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.

இது குறித்து கருவூலம் மற்றும் Wipro  பணியாளரிடம் தொடர்பு கொண்டால் பணியிடத்தினை மாறுதல் செய்வதற்கான அதிகாரம் எங்களிடம் இல்லை எனத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. பணியிடத்தினை மாற்றம் செய்யவோ அல்லது கூடுதல் பணியிடம் சேர்க்கவோ துறையின் தலைமையிடத்திற்கு (Head of the Department) அதிகாரம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கின்றார்கள். இன்னும் ஐந்து பணி நாட்களே உள்ள நிலையில் ஒவ்வொரு பணம் பெற்று வழங்கும் அலுவலரும் இப்பணியினை மேற்கொள்ள துறை தலைமையிடத்திற்கு சென்று மாற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டும் எனில் இந்த மாதம் ஊதியம் பெற்று வழங்குவதில் மிகவும் சிக்கல் ஏற்படும். 

இந்த நிலையில் மார்ச் மாதம் என்பதால் 2021-2022 ஆம் நிதி ஆண்டுக்கான ஊதியமல்லாத பட்டியல்கள் தயாரித்து சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டிய நிலை உள்ளது. இதில் இந்த பிரச்சனை எப்படி தீர்வு காண்பது என தெரியாத நிலையில் பணியாளர்கள் தவித்து வருகின்றனர்.

IFHRMS-ல் பணியிடத்தினை மாறுதல் (Post Maping)  செய்ய அந்தந்த பணம் பெற்று  வழங்கும் அலுவலரே மாற்றம் செய்துகொள்ள வழிவகை செய்தால் நன்றாக இருக்கும் என  அலுவலகப் பணியாளர்களின் கோரிக்கையாக உள்ளது. குறைந்த பட்சம் மாவட்ட அளவில் உள்ள அலுவலகம் மூலமாக மாற்றம் செய்ய வழி வகை செய்தால் நன்றாக இருக்கும் எனவும் கருதுகிறார்கள்.

இந்நிலையில் பணியிடம் மாறுதல் செய்ய இயலாத நிலையில் சார்ந்த ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு ஊதியம்  பெற்று வழங்காத நிலை ஏற்பட்டால் அதற்கு யார் பொறுப்பு ஏற்பது என்று தெரியவில்லை. #wipro #ifhrms #tngov

 day1:

Dear Users,To enable smooth operations of critical budget related activities going on today and tomorrow in IFHRMS in parallel to bills processing,we are enabling time slicing for next two days in IFHRMS in following manner for user login access: 

1.) Morning upto 10:00 AM - access for all users  

2.) Between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM - access enabled for Finance & Budget users,all Treasuries & PAOs,DDOs of Coimbatore,Vellore and Madurai regions,DDOs of PAO(E),PAO(Sectt),PAO(HC),all SPAO associated DDOs.

1        In post updation all fields entered but not save when I click save button there is no successful message or any confirmation message. It continues for further employee updation also. When I logout and try again but this issue occurs again but not show any error message also. Just page refresh only when I click save icon.

2        Staff name is shown in bill group but not comes in pay statement bill in IFHRMS

3        When run the “mark for recalculation”  it shows error in "payroll Status" column so bill not generated

4        When join report entry post name not list out, so cannot able to select post name.

5        Staff id is shown in dues & deduction but not comes in GPF subscription update and element delete entry

6        Dues & deduction Double entry sometimes

7        More waiting time for “mark for recalculation”  to effect dues and deductions changes and bill preparations

8        In dues & Deduction page first row should be comes automatically by default for user friendly to reduce no of click and save time.

9        In each time we should select our treasury code and DDO code software should deduct based on our login and shows automatically. Because it is default our office must in that related sub treasury only

10    For selection of bill group name should comes related  first by login name  our permanent bill comes last scrolling is time waste

11    Current year should come first in GTN Pay Statement (Run Results) page entry.

12    In IFHRMS ECS report NSD (Non-Statutory Deduction) should be comes for individual as like in ePayroll report for easy cross checking of bills.

13    For add promotion we need control of pay level change option and also post mapping, data validation and stop payment options must be in DDO control for easy and quick operations. To reduce dependency of wipro staff, because they all always busy.

14    Like batch process in Dues & deduction entry for multiple staff Dues deletion and pay update also have batch process to avoid single entry for each staff.

15    Sometimes server error problems like “No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.”

16    In Search & Select list popup screen default values must be list out to reduce no of clicks & delays
