 IFHRMS application shall be enabled for end users with the following access timing today:29.03.2023

 1.) No restriction for Finance & Budget users, all Treasuries & PAOs, DDOS of PAO (SECTT), PAO (EAST), SPAO (CORPN), PAO (HIGH COURT), PAO (NORTH), SPAO(HC BENCH) MDU, SPAO (NEW DELHI), PAO (SOUTH), PAO (MADURAI).

 2.) Between 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM - Access enabled for DDOs of Chennai and Coimbatore regions.

 3.) Between 01:00 PM to 02:45 PM - Special access timing for HOD users.

 4.) Between 02:45 PM to 04:45 PM - Access enabled for DDOs of Madurai and Vellore regions.

 5.) Between 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM - Access enabled for DDOs of Tirunelveli and Trichy regions.

 6.) After 07:00 PM till early morning hours - access enabled for all the users with payroll icon enabled.

 Note: Approval workflow process has been deferred and hence there will be slight delay in receiving the notifications at the next level. Need not raise ticket for the same.

Payroll icon will be enabled after 9 PM today...

IFHRMS application access will be enabled  for Bill's Module IVAs of  Chennai region @ 07:15 PM & Coimbatore region  @ 7:30 PM ..

After 9 PM all users will be enabled..

Payroll icon will be enabled after 9 PM only to process advances bills which is linked with budget to be utilized before March. All the payroll dashboard related activities will get disabled.
